Site Now Has Security Certificate

Well that went well!

The new SSSL (security) certificate has been implemented. Look for the new badge in the left hand column. Plus the re-direction from the standard site (http:// addresses) to the new secure site (https:// addresses with the padlock) has been set up and checked.

All this tech-speak means that you will no longer receive warnings when using Google chrome etc and you do not have to change your bookmarks.

Finally after the changeover I reviewed the site and, if necessary, changed linked sites to their secure versions. One such change is that the basket page of the shopping cart, where you lists your items, is now the secure version. The checkout page, where you enter your personal details, has always been via a secure site.
